So I just got my period and I’m having really bad cramps, I know that it will die down in a few hours but it jusT HURTS so much. Would it be okay to not go to school for today? I really don’t want to miss school but it just hurts so much.

UPDATE: I did miss school because I didn’t know that when you shower and you’re getting cramps, it may help or it may just make the cramps worse. It made my cramps a 2x worse. I also missed because I don’t have any pain medication in my house for cramps but my sister is planning on buying me some especially since my hormones are getting more all over the place. For sure, I won’t miss school next time because I’ll have pills for cramps by then 👍
