Lost 5 lbs

I’m 21 weeks.. I started a new job and was eating out three nights a week after work, so I gained like 8lbs fairly quickly and I know that’s all me the baby is only 12 oz, according to my anatomy US. I haven’t done much exercise besides the running I do at work but I changed my diet back to pescatarian and decided to eat a little less... I lost about 5 lbs in ten days.. (this is usual for me and weight loss) comes on fast goes off quick! Just wondering if anyone knows if this is ok for the pregnancy? I do not want to harm baby in any way, I just want to be healthier and make smarter food choices, I plan to continue my new diet regimen so I don’t gain too much this pregnancy...
