EXTREME BLEEDING on Nexplanon

I have had extreme bleeding on Nexplanon (the arm implant) - by extreme I mean that I will get my period for around 2 MONTHS, then I’ll have a 3-4 week break and get my period for ANOTHER 2 months. This is the cycle I have been on for 2 years on Nexplanon and it isn’t getting any better. I have Extremely HEAVY days where I will bleed through Superplus tampons every 1-2 hours and need to change constantly throughout the entire day and night.

I REALLY do not want to get pregnant- my husband and I are not ready for a baby. I need an effective birth control that does not screw up my body so much (my biggest fear is acne).

Any advice? Advice on birth control I should switch to? Anyone know of natural birth controls ?
