So my fiancé works for his friends brother in law, so we know him really well and he lets him get away with a lot of stuff. Well it seems like everyday he’s waking up late and is late for work. But since this is a personal business it’s just the brother in law and my fiancé that works the jobs the time that he has to show up to the work sight is different based on what the boss wants to do. But lately I know they’ve been at the same job and he needs to be there for 7:30/8 depending on the day. Keep in mind we live just around the corner from the place they are working but it still takes a good 10 minutes with traffic. I feel bad cause I get mad at him because even though he is working for someone we know doesn’t mean he can just do whatever he wants. Like I want him to treat this like a real job because it is and just because you know and are close friends with the guy you work for you shouldn’t treat it like it doesn’t matter. I guess I’m just asking do I have a right to be mad at him since he’s always late even though his boss isn’t?
