38 two misscaridges

So I have had 2 miscarriages so far one in March at 10 weeks and another one a month ago at 4 weeks there was no sac or baby they did check my progesterone and it was real low.so my dr said that gots nothing to do with age that have one period and try again but my favorite nurse that works with him said to let her know when in pregnancy again and they will put me on progesterone this time to keep the pregnancy..anyone have similar situation and progesterone helped? And what is it exactly is it a pill a creme? Thank you plz no bad comments.
