Hello everyone I'm Jada. I wanted to introduce myself.

I have struggled with pmdd for over a year now but I finally figured out a diagnosis in August.

My symptoms include: Loss in coordination, debilitating cramps all over my body, extreme fatigue and insomia, deblitating migraines, nausea that made me have an eating disorder, and most of all a bad temper and loss of my real personality.

I found myself going off on people and feeling anxious and paranoid all the time. This was negatively effecting my learning and relationships with everyone around me. This made me feel like I wanted to die.

My mom and I sat down one day and searched for reasons to why I was feeling this way. I finally asked for help because I was becoming bedridden for at least a week or so before my period came. My grades were dipping.

That was when I found out I have Pmdd.

I have learned more and really worked with myself.

Here are somethings I take that help me:

○ Ashwagandha capsules (the highest potency)

○Angelica pills

○Pms magnesium spray

○ginger tea for migraines

○Hemp body oil

○ And last but not least CBD oil. (It is legal in my state. Make sure u check with yours.)

Mainly I need the ashwagandha and CBD to help with my mood and stabilizing my emotions. Those are the two holy trail items I recommend for PMDD.
