When to switch to low fat milk?
If you’re gonna comment how your kids only have all natural almond milk or still on breast milk or something about how awful cows milk is please refrain.
Anyway... we’re in nov 16 babies so obviously my daughter turns 2 in a month.
The pediatrician never said anything to me about milk. Do i keep giving whole milk? Or switch to low fat? She’s not super skinny or overweight. She still has a “bottle” (she drinks milk from a sippy cup with a soft spout so she calls it a bottle) in the morning when she wakes up, before her nap, and before bed (we brush her teeth after). So that’s like 24ish oz a day and she eats three full meals plus snacks too. So I don’t think she needs the extra calories from whole milk anymore but idk
