An-ovulation

I’m 22 and my doctor diagnosed me with an-ovulation (which means I don’t ovulate) and sent me for labs while I was on my cycle to check some of the hormone levels to see if I was ovulating because I have VERY irregular periods and have to force them with progesterone sometimes. Her nurse called me and said everything looked normal but the doctor would call me with a plan of care when she gets back from vacation in a week and a half. In the meantime, my husband and I would like to have a baby and I just want to see if anyone has had the same or similar situation and if they had a successful pregnancy?
