Somebody knows how paint furniture without sanding?

I have a black glossy dinner table and we bought it use so we wanna paint it again black glossy.

And the other one is a little coffee table light brown and it's glossy and we wanna a color wood darker glossy too.

So how can I do it?? I been looking information online but a lot is just sponsor of kits or products.
