Most doctors office policies now will not see you until your 8-12 weeks along. I would call and setup an appointment if you’re pregnant but be prepared if you don’t get to see the doctor for awhile.

I personally texted my midwife less than an hour after. BUT I’ve had two previous miscarriages due to low progesterone so we needed to do immediate levels to make sure everything was going well. Don’t be surprised tho if your doctor won’t see you till 8-12 weeks.

I waited to call my doctor until I completely missed my period. I had an appt at 7 weeks with the nurse educator. And another appt at 8 weeks with the doctor.
