Changing eating habits?

How close are you paying attention to what you eat? I’ve read all kinds of stuff we can’t eat like deli meat, lettuce that you didn’t wash yourself, grapes, high mercury fish, low sugary foods and no more than 200mg of caffeine/day but how close are you following these rules? For the last three days I haven’t been eating big or healthy meals but have been devouring candy, frappes, caramel apples and I had Taco Bell with all the fixings today. I feel so guilty lol
