Is anyone else gaining love handles?

I’m almost 15 weeks, and I noticed I am gaining some serious love handles! I only gained 5-6 lbs since I became pregnant so I don’t understand why they look/feel so big!

I have been walking almost everyday around the lakes here and drinking tons of water, but I’m thinking that I should consider adding exercises into my routine to get rid of the love handles. Does anyone have any suggestions on safe exercises to tone them up?

I hope they disappear after the baby is here 🙏🏼😬
