Breastfeeding

Is anyone else experiencing their baby breastfeeding for 1 or 2 hours at a time give it take more or less at any given feed and not sleeping much? I feel like I’m doing something wrong or not doing something right..& just today he’s been having a little difficulty latching (only a couple times) where as, since the moment I could start him on the breast he’s been latching like a champ! I feel horrible .. it’s so overwhelming, I just want the “it’ll get better I promise” part to get here
