Can smoking weed affect your period?

So, I recently started smoking weed because it helps with anxiety and my appetite. I started about six weeks ago on a regular basis. My period was set to start three says ago. It has not come and I’m not pregnant according to the pregnancy test I took today. Does this happen to anyone else? Is this to be expected each month?
