Anyone else pregnant and have a cold? 😭

Caught a cold on Monday and the sinus was horrrrrrible!!! But that’s mostly gone now but I have some congestion and a cough has shown up a day or two ago 😣 medicines don’t seem to do anything! Been trying Tylenol and tried Sudafed once too and drinking ginger lemon honey water and tried Vick’s on my chest and have a humidifier in my room for night time but 🤷🏽‍♀️nothing really helps the symptoms. Any other ideas...?

BREATHE RIGHT STRIPS! Just the normal, unmedicated kind do WONDERS for those nighttime stuffy noses. The first night of my cold my hubby had to sleep downstairs, and he took a video of me snoring up a storm. The second night, when I got the strips, he slept soundly and I slept almost through the night with no problem. It really makes a difference!

I'm in the same boat. I've had a horrible cold/sinus infection for 3 weeks so doc said that Tylenol Cold and Flu is perfectly fine so I'm giving it a shot.

Try Vick’s on the bottom of your feet with socks when you go to bed. I also use an essential oil diffuser through the night and it helps too! I go through disinfecting wipes/spray like crazy when I see the first sign of a cold!!

I World recommend natural methods- fresh vegetable broth to drink, drink warm water with lemon and ginger, onion syrup (chop small onion, put to the glass or jar, cover with lots of sugar and leave for few hours, then drink the liquid), add garlic and onions to all your foods 🙃 I may smell less pleasant today but woke up feeling way better, and it will also keep all the vampires away 🧙🏻‍♀️🧛🏼‍♂️😅

I’ve had a cold since last Friday. Ugh it’s the worst!  I’ve been taking Claritin everyday & it still hasn’t dried me out!!!  I don’t have any advice, but can definitely empathize!  Feel better mama
