They're unrelated. A woman's sex drive doesn't have to do with her father. There's cases where a woman will been more sexually active of she's been sexually abused though.

I have daddy issues so when I was younger I was seeking out the love and attention from older men. When I was 17 I gave my V to a 29 year old who I worked with. I was also sleeping with a a 32 year old also(that started after I turned 18). I also met some one who was 23 when I was 18 and had a relationship with him as well(not to much older like the other 2)
And when I was 20 I was dating a 34 year old. 
Also when I was 20 I ended up meeting the love of my life who is only a year in half older than me. We have been together for 11 1/2 years now and have three kids. 10,8, and 3 1/2.

Not to my knowledge, they say women who have sex at young ages have higher sex drives but who knows 🤷🏽‍♀️
