Ladies, I had a transfer yesterday of 3 embabies. One was really good and the other two were still growing. With my age and egg reserve and quality my RE suggesting transferring all 3 for best possible success rate. I took a test yesterday to make sure the trigger shot was out of my system and I got a BFN. This is what I got today. What do you think??? Could it be possible to already have a BFP?
