Implantation vs AF ??

Can someone who ended up pregnant explain how implantation bleeding/cm was compared to AF?

i’m still waiting for my first doctors appointment to confirm how far along i am but my last period was aug 17 and always last 5 days. so time comes for a positive opk and 6 days later i have a super weird super light period or IB, only lasted 3 days and never required a tampon but i used a liner. fast forward to the next week when AF was due, i tested and BFN. two weeks late BFN. three weeks late was my birthday so i tested the day after and BFP! i should be 8 weeks and about 2 days but whether or not the 3 days was IB or another period i’m not sure yet. i’d been testing with opks even after my positive because i didn’t know if i didn’t really ovulate or if the opk would pick up before a hcg test. the night of my birthday i did use an opk and these are my tests.. CD55 was night of my birthday CD56 was the day after and the day of my first positive i hope this helps!!
