Is this possible?

So I ovulated 4 days ago and tried for a baby. Today, I'm laying with my significant other and he starts to smell me lol and tells me I smell different. I searched it on Google and it said that pregnant women have a different smell to them. Is it even possible that the egg implanted this early? Cause he's never just told me this before....
