Conceiving twins naturally over 40?

Just curious to see how many of you conceived naturally over 40 and had or are pregnant with multiples.   Was just reading up on statistics and now very curious.

I conceived naturally at 41 with twins lost one at 8weeks and lost other at 11 weeks. Now im 42 and conceived naturally again with one baby im 8 weeks 4 days..

42 and conceived naturally...not sure how many in there yet, but probability of multiples is high so I'm told since I've already had multiples. Baby number 5...4th pregnancy.

It is more common to naturally conceive multiples as you age. Your body may release more than one egg as “last attempts” to conceive towards the end of your natural fertile age. You may be more likely to have identicals too - they’re still not sure why it happens but one theory is that cell division is for some reason more flexible with age.
