Does my baby have thrush ?????

I hope the photos are clear enough.. I don’t want to take him in as he is not fussy, well kind of a little bit but I can manage it, and he didn’t have a temp. And he’s nursing fine and pooping and peeing fine.. what should I do?

Take him to a doctor and get treatment for both him and you before it starts to hurt.

Try to wipe it off with a cloth. If it comes off it’s just milk mouth. If not definitely thrush.

I thought my 3 month old did, turns out it was just formula sticking to her tongue... call the nurse at your pediatrician and see if they can give you some guidance on knowing if it is serious enough to get checked out.
