Upper back shoulder blade pains ?
AF is 4 days late , tomorrow would make 5 . Ive had no cramps , just pinches in my tummy here and there nothing too painful. Also I’ve been eating nonstop without really feeling full .. No spotting no bleeding. And today at work I feel so tense and soo sore throughout my upper back . Could I be pregnant ?
