Horrifying C-Section Dream Last Night...

It woke me up 3 separate times but just would not end! Every time I fell back asleep, the dream continued.

My first labor/delivery (a little more than 2 years ago) was incredibly long (40 hours, all back labor, including 3 hours of pushing and vacuum assistance) but not very traumatic (thank goodness). I was terrified of the epidural but ended up getting one and it went smoothly. I still, however, am horrified by the idea of getting a spinal. And I honestly feel like I would go crazy having to be fully numb for a c-section. I hope I can deliver vaginally again, but if I can't, does anyone have a positive cesarean story to ease my nerves?
