Fucking over these cramps

Thought the hormonal IUD was supposed to help with cramps. Im nauseated from these fucking things and i'm honestly about ready to get the damn thing removed.

Edit: forgot to mention this is literally my last option for birth control. I've tried fucking everything. Maybe the cramps are worth it? I mean hell cramps are cheaper than babies I fucking guess.

Guess becoming a nun is an option. Looked into the natural methods like NFP but I can't afford a screw up.
