I can’t describe how much it hurts me and how angry it makes me to hear my father talk about how much he hates the LGBTQ+ community. He talks about how disgusting they are all the time in front of my younger brother and sister and I. They have gay aunts and they shouldn’t be being taught to hate them like he does. I am Bisexual. If he ever found out, he would disown me and not let me see my brother and sister at all. He would despise more than he already does. I absolutely hate knowing that my father hates who I am. The rest of my family would also probably hate me.
