For the people who got married in the courthouse. (Please read first)

When you got married in a courthouse were there other strangers in there that were waiting to get married too or was it just you, your SO, and whoever else you invited? Me and my SO Are probably going to the courthouse before our official wedding but I want it to be just us and somewhat special not strangers just eyeing us the whole time.

If anyone wants to explain the process as well that would be great!
