Vagina pain?

This is kinda weird but its my first pregnancy. I am currently 28w1d but when I get up from laying down, sitting, or just move a weird way I feel like my vagina actually hurts. Im worried this may not be normal. Im not sure what is normal lol. I have an appointment on Wednesday and I defiantly plan to ask but wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this?

I have it too. Never did with my first...this is my second and I get it a lot!  For a while it was debilitating then it went away for a bit and now it’s back but not debilitating

Sounds like you have symphysis pubis disorder (SPD) I have this too & it feels like my crotch bones were hit by a truck 😣 sometimes it’s painful to walk or even put on pants, get a pregnancy support belt & try to walk as much as possible, I feel like the less I baby myself the better I feel

I got diagnosed with spd. I've got it pretty bad but that's how it started.
