Swollen Feet at 23rd Weeks?

Anyone has swollen feet at 2nd trimester already? I feel that my feet and hands are bigger now I can barely put my birkenstock sandals 😭 You guys knows how to reduce this big feet? Is this pre-eclampsia symptoms? Help me out I’m scared 😭

Swollen feet are normal, but check out your ankles. If your ankles are super swollen too, I would let your doc know. It could mean preeclampsia.
My feet went up a whole size already! Had to get new shoes which was not fun.

I would run it by the dr ASAP. Could be normal swelling but it could also be very serious. Don’t take the chance.

It’s completely normal at that stage of pregnancy. Anything you think may have caused it. Warm temp? On your get to much etc?  I had swollen feet Wednesday it has been humid where I live and I was sitting in my computer for a few hours which I normally don’t do. When I noticed I put my feet up and within an hour or so the swelling had gone down. I’m currently just over 24 weeks.

Swelling can be totally normal in the second trimester but if it’s extreme and you have swelling in other places it wouldn’t hurt to give someone a call
