High risk/Not high risk

When I read online and see some others posts, it seems I should be labeled high risk. My docs office doesn’t consider until 40. I’m 36 and this is 3rd pregnancy. 2 other pregnancies/birth were normal. Maybe that’s why not? Maybe they label more for for a first pregnancy at 35+? Thoughts?
