So I’m 15 and today I tried to use a tampon for the first time, I had a fairly regular flow and had my cousin next to me helping me through it. It just seemed that however hard I pushed with the tampon it wouldn’t go in, so I got out a mirror and started looking to try and find the hole, but now I’m worried because it looked like there were 2 tiny holes next to each other and both had blood coming out.

I’m really concerned because after seeing this I tried again in all different positions with the tampon but it felt quite painful, so I was wondering if anyone had any tips or advice??
