Preventing yeast infection remedies?

I’m currently prepping for my transfer on the 26th & I came down with a upper respiratory infection. I was prescribed antibiotics but I’ve taken it before & it’s given me a yeast infection. I want to try and prevent that from happening, any remedies I can do?

Ask your doctor if it's okay for you to take acidophilus capsules and take 1 daily. 
Wear pure cotton underwear and sleep without any if possible.
Stay the hell away from any type of douching whatsoever no matter how "gentle" they claim it is. No soapy water must ever enter inside your vag. 
And I agree eating plain organic yogurt every day.
You can also apply it on your vagina l area for 15 mins every day to get relief.
Ice compress can also help with swelling and itchiness. Just make sure to use filtered water for the ice. 
You don't have to shave but keep it trimmed down there. 
Get into the habit of air drying your vagina before putting on your underwear after showering/washing. 
Just fan your down part with a greeting card or something lol it works, before putting on your underwear.
You'll lower the risk of infections down there if you keep it clean and dry on the outside.
