Any Veterinarians out there??

Question

I am looking to study veterinary medicine. I dont live in the US, but it is my back up plan in case I dont get accepted or waitlisted in Germany or Austria. I was just wondering if you can get a scholarship as a foreigner and if so where you should apply etc.
Im sorry if these are dumb questions. I still have allot of research to do😬

Getting a scholarship to vet school is very rare and most scholarships are usually reserved for home-state students or nationals. There are some vet schools that have in-program scholarships as well and those are usually open to everyone (if you meet the criteria- like some are geared towards people with a lot of beef or horse experience and others are for people that have done research projects in cats, etc). 
Also remember that to apply to a North American vet school you will need to have completed all the prerequisites which is generally 2 years of an undergraduate degree. Many vet schools in Europe are direct entry after secondary school, which is not the case in North America.
