Hip pain after section

I opted for elective section this time and it’s been 4 weeks and I’m finding the recovery quite difficult.

My issue is that I’ve started having excruciating right hip pain especially when I’m walking (which is more like waddling) and when I stand for too long. I feel so upset that something’s wrong with me and I won’t ever recover from this.

I have had a previous section before and had an easy recovery so this is a new “side-effect” to me.

Have any section ladies gone through this? If yes, how long did it take you to recover? Is hip pain normal after section or should I get it checked out?
