Storing milk
I had my first baby two weeks ago and breastfeeding is going well. I've began to pump but am not sure about storing the milk. So far I've just put it into the freezer but I'm wondering can you take milk that has been in the fridge and put it into the freezer? And also, should I let my breastmilk cool down before I freeze it?
