So I am almost completely out of milk after a day of cluster feeding my week old baby. He is barely allowing enough time between feedings for the breast to refill, and I am worried that I will not have enough to satiate him.

I'm about to drink a cup of fennel tea, and I do have 1 ounce of milk I pumped with the haaka that I have sitting in the fridge defrosted in case we need to use the bottle tonight.

Anything else I can do?

I suck at drinking water today, so I drank a bunch of water, and had a little bit of dark beer which is supposed to help too from what I read.
