Lack of Motivation
I’ve always been a procrastinator, but it’s kicking my butt in college. I hardly do my work and if I do it’s like the night before at 1am. I’m starting to skip class a lot, and I just feel like dropping out. I’m on my 3rd semester and I know I can do it, but I can’t seem to find a way to break this spell. I’m not sure if I’m being lazy, my depression is acting up, or if I’m just not fit to do it.
Whenever I start to do work, I get distracted. With anything. I cannot focus. Anyone have any tips? I really want to overcome this obstacle.
