I had this same problem!!!! I still do. My doctor told me it’s because when I have sex, it can be from friction& small tearing that you cannot actually feel, until he cums in you, and it intensifies that tearing to a burning sensation

I have this and the only common issue I can figure is his cum. I have found I'm allergic to it! It burns like hell vaginally, makes me a bit itchy if its on my skin, and gives me an itchy and burning throat and tingly mouth if i was giving him head.
