Sleep training / night feedings?

So, I have a 4 1/2 month old daughter and I recently moved her to the crib. We were co sleeping. I breastfed about 3-4 times a night. She doesn’t mind sleeping in the crib, but she does wake up (sort of) just to feed. How can I start weaning her off of night feedings? Is she too young?

She is too young , not recommended before 6 months . She needs to feed because she is growingba lot still !

Every baby is different. Mine stopped night feedings altogether by 3 months. Before then she would only wake up once a night to feed. She eats very frequently during the day to make up for  it! I guess all I did was go to her at night only if she cried. If she woke up and fussed or babbled I would wait to see if she would fall back asleep. If she didn't within 15 minutes I would get up.

Our daughter hasn't had a middle of the night bottle since she was 5 weeks old. We've always let her lead with that sort of thing. I never woke her to eat or anything like that. If she wanted to sleep, we let her. She's not too young at all.  Especially if she's only "sort of" waking up for them. Rather than feeding her immediately when she wakes, try rocking her back to sleep first. Give it 30 minutes or so and if she's not asleep and seems to be hungry, then feed her.
