Husband & I are on a strict budget because we have a set timeline to buy a house, so much goes towards all bills, so much goes into savings so that can achieve or goal.. we only have XX amount of $ we can use each pay cheque to splurge with.. he asks me for permission to get a hair cut, I would ask him permission if I were to dye my hair.. or else there would be issues without the communication... if we were budgeting at the moment, I’d ask for opinion & not so much permission.. I’d like for him to like the hair color on me?
