Baby's heartbeat with a stethoscope?

Has anyone tried to hear their baby's heartbeat with a stethoscope? I haven't even looked to see if it's possible but I had mine out today so I tried and all that happened was baby kicked me 🤷😂

I read somewhere that if someone puts their head on your belly they’d be able to hear the heartbeat... I asked my husband to try and my babygirl kicked him in the head 😂 I can totally see a stethoscope working though!

You can hear the baby's heartbeat with a stethoscope... SMH to whoever told you you couldn't 😒 I've done it just to check when I get worried.

I have a stethoscope but haven't been able to find his heartbeat with it. He also kicks at it.

My aunt gave me one hoping I’d be able to hear, but I couldn’t. I asked my doctor if it is even possible and she said no :(
