So today, I went to Obgyn apointment for route pap (i don't have a regular doctor that i see). I used this oppurtunity to ask a few questions. I told her - This month i decided to take labs to comfirm ovulation. So my progesterone levels were 6.2 ng/mL. This was 7dpo. Can you tell me if i ovulated or not?

She responded and said usually we tell our patients to take progesterone test 3dpo to comfirm ovulation (this is when you will have a spike) - your levels are pretty low.

Has anyone heard of this? This is new info to me - i thought it was 5-7DPO.
