Ready to quit.

Job #2. A little part time caregiving gig. Usually 15ish hours a week on top of the 40 i work at job #1.

Job #2: she was with a franchise and left the franchise to start her own company. She didn’t have all her shit together so she was TEXTING our schedules for 2 months. We had to text her to clock in/out etc. she has a system “up and running” that you’re supposed to be able to clock in and out from. It doesn’t work. So still texting her. This case i do is a 24 hr case so you can’t leave until the next person shows.

The midnight people are never freaking on time or she “forgets” to schedule someone and expects me to stay and work a double to make up for it. NOPE. I don’t usually check my stubs, but something told me to, and i was shorted 13 hrs. She sees this as no big deal she can just fix it, life goes on blah blah blah. OK but I’d i hadn’t checked, she would have gotten away with it.

She needs to get her shit together because I’m 👌🏾 close and she needs me more than i need her and her 11/hr.
