When you have different types of pain depending on walking sitting or laying down and nothing is working to relieve the pain what to do ?
My boyfriend recommended taking a hot shower or bath but Luke warm water running down my back and all over my body doesn’t sound very helpful even my toddler is stressing me out walking means hips pop in and out of place and pelvic pressure and sitting men pressure and lighting crouch laying meaning pressure on either side and lighting crouch I’m just not sure what I should do and I’m only 30 weeks pregnant so I have a ways to go
