Strange rash?

I noticed these strange marks under my skin, almost as if I have wounds under my skin. No broken skin or bumps of dryness or anything.

Where is it located? I am a dancer and get weird spots like that when one body part rubs and hits another part while I’m dancing. Like my ankle bones together or knees. Or shoulder from rolling on my shoulder on the ground. It could be that place on your body is rubbing or hitting something on your clothing or something

It just looks like you've been scratching your skin, it's just blood blisters from that it's totally normal.

If you scratch sensitive skin or thin skin it will do that.  It's okay just don't touch it and make it worse
