I’ve been trying to hang out with my best friend recently. Everything is all cool and chill in school between us, but whenever i ask her to hang out after school, she’s always “busy.” I’ve asked her multiple weeks but she was busy every week. Im not sure if she’s really busy or trying to avoid me. The reason to why I think this is because, we were talking about shopping so i invited her to shop and she refused. Later on, I asked her if she wanted to hang out sometime and she said, “Noo I don’t want to hang out with you, when will you take the hint.” with a smile. I’m not sure if she was actually joking or being dead serious. Another thing is she only wants to hang out when she needs something. For example, she can’t be picked up from school so she asks to walk home with me. Another example is, she’ll post that she is bored, and an hour later she will post about who wants to go somewhere with her while knowing that i really want to hang out with her since it’s been ages, and then lastly she’ll ask me to come over for a sleepover at 10:00 at night instead of beforehand. What do you gals think is up? Is there something going on or am I being selfish/mean?
