Anyone else’s period so overwhelmingly heavy that they bleed through literally everything?

I swear to god, last night I had three heavy duty pads on, pants, pjs on and I have 4 layers to my bed before the mattress and I STILL BLED THROUGH TO THE MATTRESS.

Please if anyone has any advice or tips please share, my periods are literally the worst.

(I have been to the dr about it and they’ve given me an ultrasound which came up with nothing and put me on tablets which clearly aren’t doing anything)
