What day did you get your BFP (positive pregnancy test) after your IUI and being on progesterone and had a trigger shot?

I got a positive today, 11dpt/12dpiui, but I'm bleeding. Trigger was gone at 10dpt but RE wont do bloodwork until Fri. Not sure what to make of the positive test and bleeding...
