I feeling very empty and hurt this morning, had my first miscarriage , I’ve passed what I believe was the gestational sac got appointment at 2pm with midwife to hopefully confirm , horrible I still feel pregnant but I’m clearly not , feel broken hearted I had so much love for my little bean 😭😪
