34 + 6...anyone else’s arms burning when trying to sleep?

I can’t sleep anymore because my arms are burning/numb during the night. Used to be when I sleep on my side but now I’m propped on pillows on my back and still happening. Any advice?

Yes to all the above comments!! I highly recommend the wrist brace I posted a picture of below; then when I wake up I put on the tennis elbow brace (pic also included) right under my elbow… I massage my tendon in that area until I can feel the pain/numbness receding, and that’s how I know where to position the little cushion part at.  I put this on so that it frees up my hands for doing stuff around the house, etc. 
I’m a professional classical musician, so this darn painful and unexpected side effect of pregnancy is really affecting my work at the moment… It’s making playing my viola very uncomfortable 😔🎻. But more importantly, I just want to get a good night’s sleep without waking up to numbness and pain!!!

Sounds like carpal tunnel. I wear a splint in bed to ease the pain. I wake up in agony most nights as my fingers are curled or straight and I can't move them. Even trying to pull duvet over me hurts like hell. Midwife told me to soak my hands in cold water when I wake up to ease the pain in the morning.

Probably pregnancy induced carpal tunnel. I had it really bad and was barely sleeping and the pain and numbness in my arms and hands would last all day. I thought it was from sleeping on my side but it's not! Its from extra fluid in your wrist cutting off blood supply to the carpal tunnel vein (or something like that) My doc said to use wrist splints at night and the first night I felt a huge difference! Been wearing them for about a week now and the pain is gone except the very tips of my fingers are still numb but it's totally manageable.
