Okay so I'm 13 weeks pregnant but been doing a lot of walking recently and my joints started to ache mainly my knees, I had a few days of just staying in to try and ease them however they have gone from uncomfortable to painful even making walking around the house hard work, has anyone else had anything similar or recommend anything I could try to ease this, paracetamol don't seem to work and I've reduced walking to a minimum over the past 3 days. Thank you
